Im wondering if anyone who has bought tickets to the state of origin has received them in the post yet? no still waiting dont worry about it if they do get lost/ stolen in the post you can go to ticketek with your bank statement and they can have the tickets available for collection on the day at the stadium outlet, this voids the old ones if the come in the mail latter down the track. also you might find they are holding off to stop people selling them n ebay etc. I never get tickets for any event sent via mail. I think you should give the agency a ring and get them to give you the details of a)when they were posted out and by what kind of mail. b) Also ask to what address. They have to give you that information. Ask them to send you a copy of the record of sale and dispatch. If they say they have not sent them, get the details of when they will. If that time passes, either go in there in person or contact consumer affairs. |
