Is League as hard to tip as AFL? |
Is League as hard to tip as AFL? Absolutely without a doubt. Unless I just understand AFL better because I get 5-6/8 every week but RL I am happy to get 4. There are a lot of games where one side is paying $3+ and win whereas in AFL I don't think that happens much. League have spent years and years trying to even up the competition so good on them all though some would say the standard has dropped as a result. They are both the same really... same number of games around the same time..... I think they are about the same, there are teams in both comps that are doing better or worse than expected and this therefore increases the difficulty of tipping, also when you have inconsistant teams that do great one week then s**t the next doesn't help either. I personally think easier, although after last round well who knows seriously I tip based on the strength of the interchange in league, in afl this notion is useless as benches change so swiftly and interchanges are unlimited so to speak. i also like to throw in one or two roughies a round, like canberra last round just to keep ahead of the crowd.. normally this back fires but occassionally it works... anyway that is just me.... its harder yes. harder to pick than a broken nose. league is the best :) |
