What is cue chalk used for during a game of pool? |
Any smart-alecky/humorous replies will be mocked relentlessly for their failure to induce laughter. OK well call it traction It keeps the cuetip from sliding off the ball ,like sand on an icey sidewalk serious enough!! Source(s): can I laugh now Johnny too help with grip to stop the ball from slipping off of the stick. ITS BLUE. BUT SERIOUSLY, IT REALLY IS. IT HELPS TO NOT TEAR THE FABRIC. AND YOUR QUESTION ROCKS. SORRY, I KNOW THIS FAILS TO INDUCE LAUGHTER, BUT ITS TRUE. i think it's get better traction with the ball. otherwise the cue and ball might slide off each other giving you a crappy shot Simply put; without chalk on your cue, the cue can (probably will) slip and you'll blow the shot. |
