Where is the best place to go this summer for snowboarding? |
I am not some superduper good rider but i love to snowboard and i am going crazy this summer because i cant snowboard. Where is the best place to go, besides alaska...most the places there are closed i already checked. And if you dont know any places to go where they let people who are not really good go then what can i do that is like snowboarding? I live in Phoenix Arizona so it is kind of too hot to go get snow and put it on a hill at the park lol. Anything would help. Try this. www.freeboard.com It a skate board that feels like a snowboard. You can ride it all summer. Then snowboard all winter. Source(s): www.freeboard.com Well snow is usually found where there is Winter. This time of year it would be the southern hemisphere, I would start searching there. In retrospect, I have seen people who put huge knobby tires on skate boards and go downhill on them, saw it on a commercial , looked pretty cool, do a google search I'm sure you will find something Oh and I would wear a helmet if I were you. Go to another country that is cold right now. Or if you want to stay inside America, there's lots of glaciers that still have snow. I know that there is one in Oregon called Mt. Hood. It's pretty good this time of year. in the snow New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Alaska, Whistler/Blackcomb, and Mt. Hood. All have snow for the summer. The last two actually offer summer snowboard camps where you can go riding and improve your riding over the course of a whole week. All options are expensive...otherwise, I would consider buying a skateboard or taking up some other board sport. I'm learning to surf this summer. Whistler BC is the only place I know that u can go skiing cause they have a glacier on blackcomb. and its not to expensive. plus they got tons of other **** to do there |
