Can any one help to find out some good shirts for snowboarding, I am looking to keep warm, thanx!!? Use Under Armour!!! I have relied on it for 4 years and even snowboarded in -20 degree weather. With a fairly heavy coat on top it always works and it keeps you dry too!!!! Dress in layers, and use moisture wicking materials. Under armour is pretty good. Orage also makes good baselayers, and Helly Hanson's stuff is great. It comes in both "dry" and "warm" models. But if you stay dry, and layer properly, you will be warm and not be bulky work in a ski shop Under Armor is probably the best kind of thing to use when snowboarding; it keeps you warm when its cold and cool when its hot. I usually just wear a good long sleeved tee with my jacket over it, or a just a tee shirt when it's hot out. If you're looking to keep warm, Under Armor is probably your best bet, but a good alternative is a good ol' long sleeved tee. Remember to wear a waterproof jacket too, cause Under Armor or a long sleeved tee are no good when they're soaked!! 3 years snowboarding Under Armor, Hot Chillys, or Patagonia Capeliene, All are good, just don't wear cotton as your base layer, it traps sweat and makes you cold, Get a good wicking underwear. |
