I hope its ok to ask here. Have you seen cases of scleroris due to surfing? Or just bad backs/spines twisted....
How can you surf all the time without creating a "paddle posture" that never goes away? The pain's unbearable....And I stopped surfing like 3 yrs ago.
Just wondering if you ever exp./saw it / knew what to do...
