Lots of surfers have costumes they can surf in so it might not be the "REAL" Batman. The strangest I've seen lately is the Green Hornet. I've also seen two different Santa surfers on Christmas cards. This costume doesn't look too hard to make since it's just a regular wetsuit with a cape and fixed up hood.
I thought he'd be a big wave surfer.
