Okay..so im going surfing and im on my period..can someone please give me some tips on preventing stains, etc?

im not gonna wear a tampon..sry.
but thats pretty much all its limited to..

You can wear a shortie (wetsuit) I guess, and a pad in a bikini bottom underneathe. Anything else will get the pad wet and you'll... It's just nasty.

We've been over this a lot at Answers: wear a tampon. And sharks are not attracted to women who have their periods and go in the ocean. (per Divers Alert Network, an organization dedicated to physical safety in ocean water.)

not a very good idea. sharks are attracted to the smell of blood. but if you do go wear an absorbant pair of underwear under a pair of baggy,dark colored boardshorts.
