What's the best way to soothe chlorinated eyes?
I just got out of the pool from my first water polo game. my eys are on fire. I've heard milk, is it true? or any other remedies that will be a fast fix? ugh, please help?!
milk is very good! i use milk all the time. just put it in a pair of goggles and in each eye piece put milk in them. Do this over a sink of some sort. Put the goggles on like you would if you were to go swimming, tilt your head back, and open your eyes. keep them opened for like 10-15 seconds then take off the goggles and you should be fine.
I would just rinse my eyes out with water from the faucet or some other water with out chlorine. You could get eye drops that after your games you could use and it would probably stop the irritation.
Visine and wear goggles next time.
rinse them out, then get a wash clothe and with warm-hot water and hold it to your eyes then if you have eye drops drop 2-3 in your eyes buy some if you do not have any patnol is really good. ~~GOOD LUCK!!!~~
Close your eyes and rest. Your eye fluids will wash it away after a while.
Zaditor or Refresh are both good.
You can do water refreshing for about 2 to 3 minutes. Avoid looking into the sun, and also use eye drops, or put milk in your eyes to soothe
Hope this helps
