I have short hair. How do i keep my swmming cap from falling out?? you just pull it on, ive had short hair, mid length and blad they never fell off. just have sumone help you pull it back and it should stay on. filling the cap and then pulling it on also helps, it makes puttin it on easier and once all waters out it should be pretty secure definitely wet it first. this prevents air from getting inside of the cap and forcing it off. hey i am a swimmer- i have long hair though and my cap used to fall off to, what you need to do is wet it, THEN dry it so that it is a little bit sticky and wont fall off, because if its wet when you put it on itll just slide off! |
