What is the correct method to apply anti fog liquid to swimming goggles ? |
Which is correct ? 1)apply the anti-fog liquid ,leave over night or more days for it to dry & real dry. 2)a swiimming instructor told me that was wrong. It should be that before u swim apply the liquid & wash it w. water ,then rinse w. water again. read the instructions... I have a spray from an optician and it says to spray on then wipe off with a lens cloth. Unfortunately, both are wrong. You put 2 to 3 drops of the anti fog liquid into each goggle side and you swish that around and then immediately wipe it ALL out with a towel or something of the sort. Do NOT leave the liquid in there for it will burn your retina. Hope that helped! Swimmer if you wanna save some money you can just use some of these methods, heres 3 things u might have just laying around the house 1.spit, of course!:) its gross but it works 2.liquid dish soap-most of em have the "spot free" stuff that leaves a coat of film on the dishes to prevent spotting, same goes for the goggles, drop a little in the goggles, swirl it around and wash it out really good. it'll leave a film that will prevent fog from forming on your goggles. and 3. Shaving cream, im not sure why but its supposed to work really well! |
