What is a easy way to learn how to do a flip off the diving board ?


i want to learn how to do a filp :)

Flip on a trampoline. Or, we used to run and do flips in our living room... we'd launch off of the couch and flip into the bean bag. (Don't tell our dad, he'd have our heads!)
do it in the water into the water and then do it on the diving board
