If i go to the pool nd i kick nd punch under water nd move around does that increase my strengh?
Exercising in the pool is a great way to build muscle strength! If you could somehow find a way to keep the rest of you from moving so that only your leg or only your arm was moving. It's probably better to just swim for strength, it works your whole body out. Water offers more resistance than the air, so yes, up to a point you can increase strength. After that point (when you stop getting stronger) you will have to get into the gym. Swimming is still good cardio, though, and one advantage to exercising in a pool is it is "low-impact."
