How do you do a forward and backward somersault in a pool?

For a forward one, PLUG YOUR NOSE (really important) and jump head first into the water (the water should be about 4 or 5 feet to start with, and you standing int he water) keep leaning forward hard and if it helps kick your feet a little bit. Keep your nose plugged until you are out of the water. Sorry, I don't know how to do a back one! Good luck! Practice!
