SCIENCE FAIR W. SCUBA DIVING???? please help?

i want to do a science fair experiment that has to do with diving.

i was thinking maybe "which sponge regenerates the fastest" or something like that...

any ideas would be appreciated!!

I don't know what age you are but this website has some good ideas for Diving related projects

u should but a grenade in the water and blow up the sponge
a lot of swimming and scuba diving involves physics.

you could address the issue of bouyancy. like how and why can fish maintain it? i don't know. something on water pressure perhaps? it's 4 times the pressure of air.
It would be useful to know if you live by an ocean and are scuba certified. Assuming that is true, you could do various experiments having to do with territoriality of fishes or possibly something involving the reactions of fish to various colors or objects. For example, see whether an object shaped like a fish of different colors will cause different reactions from a given species of fish.
Been diving since '83.
Light absorption might be interesting. Different colors are absorbed at different rates the deeper you go.
