Ok,ppl say swimming is a good exercise 4 d body and a good work out.wat parts of d body does it work on??

and wat does drinking a glass of milk daily do 2 ur body.Swimming exercises all parts of d body yea but like where and how?

Swimming can work every muscle in your body. It all depends what stroke you are doing. Freestyle will work your arms, shoulders and upper legs. Butterfly is the best for your arms, shoulders and back. Backstroke works your back and legs. And Breaststroke works your legs and chest. If you do the strokes properly then you will be getting a good workout. If you specifically want to work on your arms then you can use a pull buoy, and if you want to work your legs then use a kickboard
It exercises the muscles that you use to swim. Jump in the water, and feel what muscles you're using. It's them...

Milk gives your body vitamins and calcium. You need those, almost as much as you need a spell checker.
Swimming exercises your entire body and is a great cardio workout at the same time. Try the different swimming strokes and feel the different muscle groups working as you swim the laps e.g. breast stroke, side stroke, back stroke, front crawl. You have to swim laps to get the exercise mind you, not just jumping in the pool & fooling around with your friends.

Milk gives you vitamins and calcium. Drink a low fat milk if you are worried about calories...1% or skim.
With a combo of all four competitive strokes you will use all parts of your body and work all muscles in your body!

Swimming is great aerobic exercise with no impact so it is better on your joints. Watch your stroke positioning as not to overextend with your reach. This can cause damage to the shoulders.
