CPR qualification VS Bronze Medallion?

what's the differences between them? which is better?
Thank you very much for helping me, guys!!!!!

cpr is something we should all be qualified to have.
im doing my bronze medallion award and part of the exam is to do cpr properly but you also learn how to save people so i would think this is better because your learning more than just cpr. i dont exactly know wot else is envolved in cpr training but i personally think that the bronze medallion is better because im doing it :P
Im doing my bronze medallion exam next week.
cpr because,(depending on the instructor), you should learn other lifesaving skills such as splints and how to control a bleeding, they do that in bronze medallion and cross as well, however a firsdt aid and cpr course only takes 8 hours.
CPR
I'm 77 and just got certified for the first time. The instructor was a MD and was asked if he ever had to use it and he said no. However to be prepared, to instruct and take control in an emergency situation is invaluable. To save a person's life would be a wonderful thing to do.
