Swimming.. Small Boobs?



I packed in swimming (my best sport) a few months ago because i was very concious about the size of my boobs and the width of my shoulders. I've seen a slight increase in the size of my boobs- but not a lot.

I want to start again, because i've done it all my life and it depresses me that i don't swim anymore. But if i went in the pool and just held on to the side and kicked for ages, without using my upper body.. would i still be able to not exercise my upper body?

I'm not sure if you are saying you aren't swimming because you think you are too small, or because you are self conscious because you are too big.
That alone says that you are far too focused on one small part of your body. Why cut out something you enjoy so much because of some milk glands and fat that must meet some sort of 'approved' size? Your breasts will go up and down with pregnancy, childbirth, nursing, menopause, and weight.
Don't make decisions that affect your happiness based on breast size, its a waste of the life you are living now.
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. However I don't think you should give up something you love and are good at just because of your boob size or shoulder width. It's just not worth it. About the kicking, you could do that, but then your lower body would be so much stronger than your upper body and you'd be imbalanced.
Use a pulbouy, you put it in between your legs and you pull with it, it really works you upper body, also do 20 of that and do 20 min of kicking, it wil definately help.
