Can you get a Tan underwater??

Like, in a pool while swimming, or something of the sort??

Yes actually tanning in water is more effective than on land because the reason people put on greasy tanning oil is to try to pick up more reflective rays from it.
And in a pool with little shade, sunlight is constantly reflecting onto.
I swim in the morning everyday and have a killer tan...i never lay out!
