How do you clean out an pool please answer this quickly?

If there's lots of dirt on the bottom, get a pool vaccuum. If there's stuff floating get a skimmer. If it's green like algae you'll have to shock it. "Shock" is a type of pool cleaner.
By getting someone professional to do it!
Wel if you have a net you put the net in the [pool] and then clea nit out !!! that 's the best way I know!!!
What does it need? Is there debris in the water or is the water just murky? Is it green, white, brown, orange? Are the sides slimy? How many gallons is the pool? Do you have a test kit to see what the pH, alkalinity, and free/total chlorine levels are? Do you have a filter or is this a smaller pool without one?

There's a LOT of information that we need to properly answer the question. One thing though, you aren't going to get quick results unless you just need to vacuum the pool bottom. Anything else is going to take time... sometimes a couple weeks depending on the problem.
