What's the best way from gettng water inside my water goggles? |
What's the best way from gettng water inside my water goggles? Make sure the nose piece is the correct length first of all. Then tighten your goggles a little bit. A good way to judge the tightness is to put them on and leave the straps low on your head, just below your ears. The goggles should be relatively tight there. Then move the straps up on the back of your head, which will stretch them out and make them even tighter. If neither work, you may need a newer or just better quality pair of goggles. The foam or rubber will wear out with extended chlorine use so over time the goggles will decrease in quality. Source(s): USA Swimming swim coach Thanks to everyone, especially Chris with your great advice for my water goggles dilemma. I went swimming last night and had no problem! i'd make sure it fits well. you can adjust it but don't make it too tight Put water in 1st then empty & Squeeze on your face . Best idea I can come up with ? At least it will keep them from fogging up . wear your goggles underneath your cap |
