swimming 1 mile or running a mile
Well each one works different parts of your body. The greatest thing about swimming is that is works every single muscle in your body and if you have the endurance to swim a mile then you're in pretty good shape!They are both great ways to exercise. I do both every day. I take a run in the morning when its cool. Then have a good breakfast. Then about an hour to 2 hours later go for a swim in the local pool. They have lanes you can use.
Just take an open one and swim!! Whats great about running and swimming is that they both work different parts of your body. Running works mostly legs and abs. And swimming works all parts you abs help you float. your legs push you through the water and your arms pull you through the water. Or if you dont want to do both every day, alternate days. Swim Monday, Run tuesday, Swim wedenesday and so on
