What's the longest you can hold your breath underwater?

I'd say about three minutes, it's all about controlling your movements, heart rate and controlling your stomach spasms and the urge to breathe. It's all in the control and how much you practice it.

What's the point. Free diving sucks.
Depends how big your lungs are? I'd say about 30-40 seconds.
almost three freking minutes
A minute and a half is the best I can do.

Those people who go 3-4 minutes are incredible. I don;t understand how they do it.
normal human 2 minutes .. me 3 min.
