What can I do to protect my hair from chlorine? |
I'm in the pool every day & swim caps always leak badly. Thanks :-) this is what i do `before putting on the swim cap get hair wet and then put conditoner in so that the hair is already wet an the clorine can not get into your hair easily `after swimming do noy take off your cap and then dunk your head in the pool `take a shower and wash hair with swimmers shampo `after shower put in some leave in conditoner that should do it Source(s): 5 year swimmer swim cap is the only solution unless you want to shave your head ;P u can wear a swim cap or u can wash ur hair as soon as u get out of the pool put leave in conditioner in your hair. careful though, sometimes it will leave a trail! i would find a shampoo and conditioner that hydrates your hair, like herbel essence. also, get your hair trimmed more to eliminate split ends. latex swimming caps and swimming shampoo. L'oreal do 1 4 kids that smells of oranges.... I no sum ppl who wear 2 caps which usually keeps ur hair cumpletly dry 2. ten (nearly 11) years swimming |
