Good exercises for a person who swims butterfly?



what are they?

shoulder press
weight/decline situps
plank
crunches
leg lifts
bicycle situps
bench
stretch cord fly
seated row
build up upper body strength by doing push ups or anything that works the upper body
biking is good for cross training as it gives you a great cardio workout without putting any stress on your joints (like running). If you're doing speed biking, you can really blow yourself out (if you want to).
You should work every muscle group equally. If you have swam before, which I'm sure you have since you have asked this question you know that swimming involves every muscle group. But if you want to focus on certain exercises focuse on Lats, Abs, shoulders, lower back, and quads/hamstrings.
swim butterfly a lot
do push ups sit ups crunches etc.
do butterfly drill
right right left left (arms one at a time) together together do your
regular kicking
crunches or anything that strengthens your stomach muscles are great!
You need to mostly build your upper body, do pushups, pull ups, and cords. To build leg muscle, arm muscle and abe muscle, at practice we do 100 push ups, 200 bicylces and 300 jumping jacks, try that set about 3-4 times a week, that will really get you in shape.
