I know pasta is the contintal pre-game meal, but what about for breakfast.
I have tournment this weekend, and my first match is at 8:00 am.
Should I eat the same thing for breakfast that I normally would? Or what else would be good.
(I have had many morning matches before, but I never have really thought about breakfst differing from normal hours.)

Well you want to get some protien so that you wont be as hungry later on. Try something with peanut butter, mabe an apple with Peanut Butter. OR even better... Bananas with Peanut Butter!!! The bananas will give you potasium which helps with leg or arm cramps in your muscles. Also drink some milk and WATER!!!!

a multivitamin with some orange jucie...and then drink lots of water the day b4...for breakfast...have somthing u enjoy, like......toaster strudels
im a swimmer and i always eat weet-bix before i swim (and lots of em) trust me it works
You want protein~~it sticks with you longer. Go with meat, eggs, peanut butter or a protein shake. You might want to also add in some fresh fruit and a healthy drink! Good luck!!!!
