Which tournament would Roger Federer rather win next year? |
If he had to choose, would Roger Federer rather win Wimbledon next year, or the French Open? A win at Wimbledon would be a record sixth consecutive All England title and would further cement his place among the all-time greats. On the other hand, winning the French Open would complete a career Grand Slam, and would also further cement his place among the all-time greats. If you had to pick one, which would it be? I say Wimbledon because well, it would in fact be the sixth time and that would be the coolest thing he could ever do...except win it seven consecutive times =D I believe that he would rather win the French Open. It would conclude hes great career and win all of the Grand Slams. That would put him as one of the only men to win all of the Grand Slams. This would almost definetly put him into the Hall of Fame. I'd pick the French. The slam is like winning the Super Bowl. Just ask Bjorn Borg aus. wimbeldon. and the us Well... it seems that Roger Federer would eventually like to win both. But just looking at next year I think the French Open would be a higher priority just because Federer has lost at that event for the last couple of years. I think the French for the Grand Slam. He would probably choose winning the French Open. If I could win one I would choose Wimbledon. The French Open is nothing like the Super Bowl. Only twice in the past 15 years has its winner won any other Grand Slam. |
