Uncurse???? |
I know this sounds really stupid, but I think my volleyball team is cursed by this girl that quit early on in the season. The reason i feel this way is because we were doing really well and since she quit we haven't won anything! and its been several months. This girl wasn't a big part of the team at all, and she quit basically because she sucked. I think she may have cursed our team out of spite. how do i uncurse the team before our last big tournament of the year? The whole curse thing is just in your head. Volleyball is an extremely mental game with there not being much of any direct interaction between the two teams. All teams ride a kind of roller coaster throughout the season. Some dips just last longer than others. It could also come down to the fact that your team has reached it's full potential while other teams are still improving. There are a lot of factors in it but if you guys just stick to it and work hard then you'll be fine. i dont think its a curse... but maybe its in your heads but in any case just play hard and your team will do good in your tournament just practice harder.perform better..and forget about hte "curse" you practice well you play well..alright? Honestly I don't believe in curses you are just having a bad time of it. Quit believeing you are cursed and I am sure you will get back to where you were. The more you believe in something the more it looks like it is true. Trust me go out like you did before and put the curse thing on hold and I bet as a team if you are the better team you will win. I think you're correlating two unrelated events. Don't think about the past, what you've won what you've lost, focus on the game at hand, and play your best. you need to travel to New Orleans and get you a whodoo voodoo priest or priestiest |
