my friend wants 2 know do u wear underwear with ur spandex? Either double up or go without. We had to wear "bunhuggers" - those are like granny panties - so it was more comfortable to go without. We would also sprinkle a little baby powder (I don't need to explain why, right?) : ) And when I played in college a lot of the girls used that "FDS" feminine spray. Either way, it's personal choice as to what's more comfy. One thing I can say is the girls that did wear thongs or undies were always "adjusting" them!! Source(s): Played most of life and now coach. NO! it's like wearing double underwear YEAH I WOULD SAY SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... you can, but if you do then you can see the lines. so i would suggest either wearing no underwear or a thong. But if she's just starting, underwear might get her more used to it because when i started, going without underwear felt weird. So tell her to ease into it if she's uncomfortable Noo. I mean, you can but you can see the lines really bad and she might get made fun of. I used to wear a thong with mine but that became annoying and uncomfortable so I just wear the spandex now. They fit better, feel better, and allow more movement and more free feeling lol. Her perference though :P yes |
