What are the things should i do in conditioning my body before playing badminton?

The previous posters had good ideas. Laps and then jumping jacks are a good starts. You might also try some quick movements around the court. Start in one corner and face the net. Move along the line while facing the net. Go to the edge of that line and move along the next line always facing the net. Go all the way around the court that way. (You will get to practice moving to the left, to the right, forward, and backwards. After 2 or 3 complete laps, add the diagonals since you rarely get to move just to your right or just forward in a match.
Well first of all,you could try stretching your arms and twisting your hips slowly.
Then you should try jumping jacks.
That's one best way to condition your body before playing badminton.

Goodluck!
I think you should run 3 laps around the court, then do a warm-up. You should also practice your backhand or forehand, especially smash before you play.
