In official volleyball rules, when a ball hits the line, is that considered "in"?

If you have a web site to back up your answer that would be great!

I have been playing club volleyball for 12 years, and coaching now for 3 years. The answer is yes, if the ball touches the line it is "In Bounds".
The line is considered inbounds.

I don't have a website to cite this, but I play twice a week with some serious volleyball players. Me, I'm just a hack player who's out for the fun and some exercise at lunch time.
If a ball hits the line it is in!
It's considered to be in, but I couldn't find any websites that state so.
Yes, if the ball touches the line it's considered in. I've been around volleyball for 15 years and am on the board of directors of a vb club.
yea i think so i mean that's what everyone calls it so yes
it is definately in. one of the major points that the officials talk to the linesmen. As a lineswoman, that point was drilled into my brain =]
