How can u aim the volleyball?

How can u aim the volleyball?

Well, if you're passing the ball, your body should face your target. Then bend your legs, not your arms, for power.

If you're hitting, you locate your target during your approach. Experienced hitters will be able to hit wherever they want. Beginners should, again, face where they are planning to hit. Then you just hit it with the appropriate amount of power. Eventually you get your timing and approach down and it becomes like second nature.

Everything in VB takes practice to get it right.
Its Simple. Direct your body toward your target and aim towards there upper body. eventually you'll be hitting there heads. lol but the point is to challenge your opponent. The way to direct you spiking is your hand. if you want to do a cross court spike direct your hand to the side. The Key is your body direction!!!
Basically which ever way your arms are facing is the way the volleyball will go
I don't know if you're talking about passing, setting, hitting or serving so I'll try to cover all of them. When passing, coaches say it over and over but you really do have to angle your shoulders and face the way you want the ball to go. Make sure your arms are even because if one isn't the ball will go everywhere. Also, if you have a hard hit to the side of you or a hit that is not straight to you, you have to drop down and get your hips in front of the ball. As in, say the ball is coming to your right, then you move to the ball and get your hips and shoulders squared to the ball and destination you want it to be. If you mean setting, I'm not very good at it so I don't know how to explain angling it. Just make sure you use your legs. Get low like a passer and when the ball comes to you, spring up from your legs like a free-throw shooter in basketball lifts from his legs when he shoots. Use all your fingers and the triangle (your index fingers and thumbs make a triangle) to aim it. In hitting, your other arm that isnt hitting can be used to aim towards where you want the ball to go and so do your shoulders, they help to aim where the balls going. Same with serving but you can actually face your whole body towards where you want the ball and get a good toss so you can work with aiming. Sorry if this doesn't help, I know t's a bit vague but this is hard to explain.
Well if it is for serving, it is all in the direction of wheere you point your toes. That is key.
The ball goes where your arm goes and your body goes. I know it sound simple, but it really is.
All of the above answers are very good. I just want to simplify what they said.
If you are serving or spiking, your arm movement is the key. If you are passing, your entire body moves toward the target.
look at ur target and aim and find holes and put it there and u can use ur hand to aim thats what i do
