I am so nervous!? |
I have volleyball in about 5 minutes i am the worst player nobody likes me or atleast i don't think so i get so nervous everytime i go. what should i do to help me not get so nervous. i had that same problem on my team. i was the freshman and everyone hated me ;D just have to put those hater blockers on. we had this one girl that was totally new to volleyball, and she was joining our J.O. varsity team. she was about - 11? we got so agrivated with her. she sucked lol. every ball she bumped went out, she couldent hit worth crap, and she never got her serve over. but by the end of the season, we were suprised she stayed, and she ended up getting her serve! i respect her ALOT because of it. the whole team does. shes a part of the team now :D so just ignore them and learn at your own pace. if they hate you, who cares? you should be on the team because you enjoy playing volleyball- and if they are party pooopers ignore them. Source(s): experience Relax and do your best. practice your butt off until you KNOW you're the best the better you think you are, the better your nerves will be. simple psycology. good luck as for nobody liking you you might be right, you might be 100% wrong....who knows but you're a girl.....so you're probably just insane (haha....not meant personally.....you'll just be way too emotional to look at things rationally) you'll think people dislike you for a while then you'll realize they like you then you'll make an enemy, you two will will give dirty looks and whatnot.... ....I'm just glad I'm not a girl....it's so much easier to deal with guys who don't like eachother.... but again, good luck relax...and just be better then those girls you hate....just rub it in their face that they suck relax also just don't think about what they say about you and also you can use what they say to you as a way to push yourself to do better screw them. ask ur coach if u need help. nd when the grl isnt looking, spike a ball in her face... lol. i did that once. the look on her face was awsum. and the coach yelled at HER cuz she wasnt payin attention. |
