Can kneepads be washed???

It's best to wash them at least once a month. If you use bleach, that really helps the sweat stains and such to go away as well. Don't put them in the dryer, but set them on top of an air duct or something, because it's not good for them to have water soaking in them for too long. Source(s): College volleyball player

yes, they can. i didnt know this either until i finally just stuck them in the wash and they came out fine.
yes thy can i wash mine, make sure to put it on delicate though, & use cold not hot water. but dont wash them to much becuase then they will get messed up faster
