How do I go over a ramp on a wakeboard?

I got a wakeboard about 2years ago and my dad just got me a helmet. I really want to beable to go over ramps, but I dont know how! HELP!!!

Well before you try anything, make sure ur wakeboard doesnt have any fins at all. Cause if it does, it would not be a pretty sight when ur on the ramp. When you approach the ramp, stay low and make sure the weight is centered in ur body and jump when u approach the edge so that way u wont end up doing a belly flop. When u land, stay low and brace with your feet. Hope this helps.
If you have ever skateboarded or snowboarded its similar to launching off a ramp or jump. Like fin guy said you dont want fins on your board. The diffrence on a ramp compared to a wake is you dont need to edge toward the ramp so hard. Try to set up more center (finguy) and pop off the top (though you dont need to pop as hard) the ramp will launch you out there pretty good. Start off with a grab to help keep your body in close to the board and your center balance. Good luck. Wake or Die
