What is the quickest way to get in physical shape for a soccer tournament?



my team and i are training now for a soccer tournament in florida called State Cup. we advanced to the second round and are trying to get in our best physical shape to outlast and eventually outhustle the other teams.

I would train as usual because the more worked up you get the worse you play. Don't put it in full mode practicing. Just practice about half an hour more than you usually do. No need to get all worked up about it.
do running exercises for 3 hours and practice your ball skills for 2 hours 3 times a week
Burst training and sand-runs are extremely helpful. Burst training is doing short sprint-then-jog and repeating over and over. Sand runs, especially up-hill, maximize the muscle strength and endurance needed for soccer. No one should drink any carbonated drinks, period, until after State Cup. Stay away from sugared sweets and drink "lots" of water(drink till you pee clear). Lots of sleep is required, and shy away from Tylenol for those sore aches, instead use Advil.

run for one hour. then practices with the ball for two hours. you will need your ball skills a the tournament. need the team too get close and communcation is the most important part. this is the time when the team needs to show their support to the team. soccer is a metal sport and if your mind is somewhere else you will not get anything done. do this a least three days before the tournament. and most importantly have fun! lost of fun!
best way is to build up your leg strength and endurance, if you don't have access to a gym you can do simple exercises like going up a small hill while carrying someone on your back or squating with a teammate on your back, sit ups are very important too, for endurance you can do ladders, if you don't know what those are, you start by sprinting 10 yards and jog back then sprint 20 yards then jog back, then 30, and finally 40 yards and then jog back take a minute rest then do it all over again 3-4 times, also jog together and try and do 2 miles in 12 minutes or less if you do that you're in good shape.
