My soccer team lost every single game. Is it the coaches' fault? |
I'm not sure if we're just bad because whenever we kick bad the coaches will be like great kick! we only got one goal the whole season and it was because the opposong goalie wasn't paying attention! Our coaches were college graduees (very hot) and went to a community college, not because they're poor, but lack of brains. Other seasons we would win some and lose some. Who's at fault? Sometimes everyones at fault. The coaches may be at fault for not teaching you the right way to play or good techniques. Your team may also be at fault. There may be really good players on your team but if you all can't work together then that can be a problem. My brother was on a team that lost every game except for their last game which was a tie (0-0..). There were some very talented players but the coaches never really worked on teamwork but instead on just those good players. Instead of looking at both the strenghts AND weaknesses he only looked at their good things and made them work on that. What he really needed was to also work on what they werent good on do everything could balance out and they could play on both sides of the field.If you play soccer next year make sure you get familiar with your teamates and with your coach. Also, talk with your coach if he/she isn't doing such a great job. Hope you win some next year... good players can win games with bad coaches but good coaches can't win games with bad players... I don't think it is ever one person's fault, it takes a team and a coach to win and to lose. yes it because why they mean when you do right don't care of your coach and taunt him, and when you are wrong don't care yourself and do as the coach advise. macspo@yahoo.com I know how you feel!!!I play for a small club and we have just about been getting enough players to play are league matches!!!We are currently 3rd or 2nd from the bottom of the league!!If you think he is really so bad sack them, vote in someone else!!Just remember when you play the matches to go out there and give it 100% it's only a bit of fun and whatever the outcome train hard to iron out the kinks. Come back next season with a bang and show them how good you really are. You're only going to get better with practice!! |
