Training Help?

Ok..... my 1st soccer game starts the 3rd week of August... before that my coach is getting in 15 practices... i always get worn out durring practices.....what exercises are good for increasing my indurance, strengthing my legs, and controling the soccer ball? About the conroling the soccer ball part... when im oging head-to-head with a defender, i dont really no how to keep contol of the ball... its weird..... and asking my coach will just make me feel weird because he will be like "hey have you worked on it"....."Meg show the team what you learned"..yah de dah... so HELP PLZ!!!

Run at least two miles a day, but not in the middle of the day when its hot, but start with only 1 or 2 days then work up. Also make sure you at least have one day of rest when running. sprints are good even though we all hate them, and hit the weight room, remember: girls like to tone not bulk up so less wieght more reps.

for ball control just dribble around your yard, practice juggling and keeping the ball near you and ask a friend to just fool around with the soccer ball to get some practice.

I hope this helps, and remember not everything comes to you at once, some you will learn while you are playing the game.
