Does anyone know how wwe vince mcmahon did the limo stunt? Just wondered.? |
I was just courious how the stunt was actually done. In the video you can see his leg get into the limo and then it popped back out side the door assuming that was a fake leg. Did he simply just exit the other side f the limo? Just how long was this stunt supposed to have lasted? I mean if Chris had not really been found dead. Just wondered if he was getting tired of being in front of the cameras so much and this was his way of getting out of spot light or what. Yes. The Sunday evening before Raw, they pulled off the stunt without anyone in the limo and recorded it. When Mr. McMahon closed the limo door, they cut to the recording. Then, they let Vince get out of the limo. But since people would come to see the limo, they set it on fire after and put a dummy in it to make it look like Vince's body. Vince wanted the stunt to last permanantly, but the WWE wanted him to go out in 3 months and announce that he "faked his death." I also know that on the 3 hour Raw, Linda McMahon was supposed to get arrested. Source(s): wrestlezone.com After he got into the limo, they cut to a pre-recorded shot where it blew up. They already had the footage of the explosion before RAW began, they shot it during the weekend. The limo McMahon got in never blew up at all. The stunt was originally intended to be permanent, but then got cut down to 2-6 months, then cut down again to 2-6 weeks and was then thrown out completely when Benoit was found. I saw the same clip that you did ,and the best that I can come up with is Vincent Mc Mahon got into the limo and the door was shut ....they stopped the filming and he got out and then they stated to film again...and the limo blew up.That is the only thing I can come up with.Good question..a star to you for the question ! |
