I like both as fighters expecially Mir but I really think that Nogueira has a better work and fight ethic. He wants to keep them all focused and come do what they came there to do.
I'm really excited to see these 2 coaches go at it. I think it's gonna be an awesome fight. I just don't think I'll be able to make a pick.

Nogueira wins every category hands down.
Nogueira is the better fighter the better striker the better jujitsu the better person and definitely the better coach.
To expand to the answer of your question... Just look at the way Nogueira trains and cares for his guys.
Mir is just a moron that loves the sound of his own voice. He was an overhyped fighter that got KTFO'd by Vera a horrible commentator and now a bad coach.
Yeah jokes are funny no matter what age but c'mon the fighters in the show been granted the chance of a lifetime in TUF to make something out of their career and life and they gonna mess around like that? What about those that don't find those jokes funny? I thought TUF was supposed to be a serious thing......
Back to Mir.... So he get's a bite at the top dog because he beat Lesnar? If that's how it goes I guess the Karate kid that KO'd Kimbo should also have gotten a bite at the belt too eh?

Nogueria is the best coach he has been teaching martial arts since he was a little boy in his parents gym. Actually Nogueria is the better Coach fighter athlete and person.

Nogueira for sure. Mir isn't serious enough to coach people. Nogueira cares about the well being of his fighters and trains them to the best of his ability.
Nogueira is "good cop." Really inspiring but too humble. I like Mir and wish him the best but Nogueira is better and going to tear him a new one. I say Mir is going to be choked out in the 2nd round.
