Answer:
usually....when buying from an online store..it will tell you if they come with bindings. You could email or call the company to double check or just wait till you recieve the board.
places like Ebay (where i got my new board) tell you whether it comes with bindings or not

If you buy them from an online store they don't come with bindings and you have to buy them separately.
People selling boards on ebay usually including the bindings that they come with.
Bindings for mens and womens adult snowboards start at around $100 and can be as much as $300 OR $400 at the beginning of the season. I suggest buying bindings with a "capstrap" for the toe adjustment. The capstrap goes over the front of the toe of the boot instead of on the top of the toe. I reduces numbness and holds your feet in better.
At this time of the season prices are cheaper and you can get good bindings for less than $100.
I suggest trying on boots in a store first and looking at everything at a store with the help of the people there before you buy online.
